The podcast is called Avery Lane Maxwell, the same as its writer, and it is made by Galena House Audio at a front desk at nine thousand feet in Frisco, Colorado, before the guests wake up. Twenty-six minutes or so an episode, one person talking quietly to one person listening, scored with original music, and closed with a recipe. Every episode is free, everywhere, with nothing to sign up for. Here is where to find it.
Just say it
That is the whole instruction. Amazon Music carries podcasts free, without a subscription, and Alexa knows the show by name. If you have more than one podcast app on your Echo and she picks the wrong one, add the words on Amazon Music at the end, as above, and she will not.

Watch
Every episode is also a film. The words land on the screen at the moment they are spoken, over photographs of the places themselves, so you can read along or watch with the sound low in a room where someone else is sleeping. The films live on YouTube, and Apple Podcasts and Spotify both carry the video inside the episode. The podcast page plays the newest one at the top.
What you get for listening
Each episode closes with a recipe you can carry out of the room, kept in the Kitchen. The places of the essays are drawn as constellations in the Sky, one star lit per episode. And if you would rather be told when a new one is out than go looking, the correspondence is the door: the house writes when there is news, by name, and not otherwise.
The episodes so far
