Avery serves as current Director at the Frisco Inn on Galena, and as co-founder and steward of Galena House, a literary and lifestyle brand born from place, memory, and the quiet beauty of the Colorado Rockies.
Before the book, before Galena House, there was the Inn. A small bed-and-breakfast on Galena Street that became something more than a place to stay. It became a home. A rhythm. A refuge for both guests and the person learning, day by day, how to begin again.
