Everything here was made by one hand and pressed by one house. Three objects and three doors. The objects ship from Frisco, Colorado; the hardcover ships from the press.
Shipping is a flat $5, and it is on the house at $50. Signed books add the signing at no charge; ask for a gift note in the order email if you want one. The hardcovers are doors: printed to order and shipped by the press or the bookseller, unsigned, with their own checkout and shipping. If you would rather buy from a bookstore, ask for the jacketed hardcover by its number, 979-8-9937250-3-1, or the paperback, 979-8-9937250-5-5; every shop can order it, and it is on Bookshop.org.
